Emily Elmore passed away on April 19 in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. She was born on January 11, 1921 in Rock Hill, S.C. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil F. Elmore.

Emily was a retired schoolteacher with a Master's Degree in Special Education. She is survived by her daughter Debbie Palmer, son-in-law Bob Palmer, and her beloved dog GiGi.

She was a mother with a heart of gold, and her gentle spirit and selfless nature will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday (May 14) at the First Southern Baptist Church of Wickenburg.
