Christopher J. Prowant, born September 2, 1981; died May 20, 2005.

Christopher attended schools in Arizona, Missouri and Nebraska. He participated in football during high school years in Salome. He was a member of Piedmont Park Community Seventh-day Adventist Church in Lincoln, Neb. He enjoyed playing chess, golf, PS2 games, and working outdoors. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors are father Derral Wayne Jr.; mother Deborah (Dye) Andersen; Step-father Dana Andersen; brothers Derral W. III and David Andersen; sisters Terri Blount, Stephanie and husband David Barback, Aimée (Dye) and husband Jamie Stender, and Monica Andersen; and many beloved others.
