Shaylah Kayshawn Lee, 6 months old, born Feb. 1, 2009 to Stevenson and Kaylene Lee in Globe, AZ, passed away Aug. 18, 2009 in Cobre Valley Community Hospital in Globe, AZ. She is survived by her parents, her maternal grandparents Andrita Jordan and Kennedy Johnson Jr., her paternal grandparents Beulah Lee and Freddie Yazzie, her maternal great grandparents Marlina and Delbert Jordan and Veronica and Kennedy Johnson and her paternal great grandparents Louise and Dan Nez. The wake will take place on Aug. 22 at 4:00 pm at Andrita Jordan's residence in Peridot, AZ. The service will take place on Aug. 23 at 1:00 pm at San Carlos Miracle Church in San Carlos, AZ.
