Jon Allen Pawlisa, 56, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born June 5, 1953, in Centralia, Ill., passed away Sept. 12, 2009, in Chino Valley.

Services will be noon Friday, Sept. 18, 2009, at the VA Chapel in Prescott, Ariz.

Chino Valley Funeral Home is caring for the family.
