Eddie R. Perry, 83, formerly of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Nov. 9, 1925, in Grand Junction, Colo., passed away Aug. 24, 2009, in Las Vegas, Nev.

A Celebration of Life will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009, at Sunrise Funeral Home Chapel, 8167 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley, with burial to follow at Heritage Memorial Park Cemetery in Dewey, Ariz.
