The White Mountain Independent Show Low, Arizon 09/18/2009 Odell Declay entered into rest Sept. 13, 2009, in Mesa. He was born Aug. 31, 1952, in Vernon. He will be dearly missed by all. He is survived by his wife, Effie Declay; children Dion Moody, Sonya Moody and Rolena Declay; brothers Arnold Declay, Andrew (Veronica) Declay, Alexander (Sandra) Declay and Delbert (Shirley) Declay; grandchildren Francis Moody, Enos Moody, Louishes Moody, Ellen Larzelere, Miesha Moody, Anastasia Declay, Hannah M. Ethelbah, Brianna Declay, Christian Declay, Nyanza Keeswood and Kyle Keeswood; great-grandchildren Helena Moody and Kandice Declay; goddaughter Lorinda White; and many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Virginia Declay, and sister Olinda Declay. A two-night wake started at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, 2009, at his residence at 5400 Dove St. in East Fork. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the East Fork Miracle Church with Pastor Wynona Lupe officiating. Interment will be held at Canyon Day Cemetery.
