Joseph P. Randolph passed away Saturday (July 9) in Peoria, Ariz., following a lengthy illness. He was 80.

Mr. Randolph was born March 21, 1925 in Port Huron, Mich.

He is survived by his wife Ruth Randolph of Surprise, Ariz.
