The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, September 05, 2009 Crystal Marie Krietenstein Foubert, 28, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born March 18, 1981, in Phoenix, Ariz., passed away Sept. 1, 2009, in Chino Valley, Ariz. Private services will take place at a later date. A memorial fund has been set up at the National Bank of Arizona in Crystal Marie Foubert's name. All proceeds will help with funeral arrangements and processes. Any National Bank branch in the tri-city area including the Valley will take a donation.
