The funeral of Ernest John O'Dougherty, the mail carrier at Helvetia, was held yesterday at the Parker Chapel. 

Interment was in Evergreen. Mr O'Dougherty was thirty-four years old, single, and born in Ireland. He came here from San Francisco.
