The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ November 14, 1958 Rites Thursday for Mrs. Allison Funeral services were conducted in the Wickenburg Chapel at 11 o’clock Thursday morning for Mrs. Lizzie Allison who died in Community Hospital Tuesday evening. Dr. Charles S. Polling officiated. Cremation followed. On Monday the ashes will be taken to Spokane, Wash., where memorial services will be held after which burial will take place in Tekoa, Wash. Mrs. Allison was born in Tekoa July 11, 1884. She had her husband, W. S. Allison, moved from there to Wickenburg in October, 1950. They resided in a home they built at 205 Cucuracha in the Casandro Tract. Survivors include the husband; one son, George Allison of Falls Church, Va.; one niece, Mrs. Mattie Ashley of Cheney, Wash.; three nephews, Bert Spencer of Florence, Ariz., formerly of Wickenburg, Kendall C. Poole of San Anselma, Calif., and Mac C. Poole of South Pasadena, Calif.; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Fred C. Poole of John day, Ore., and Wyatt J Poole of Spokane, Wash.
