He was born Nov. 12, 1950, in Cottage Grove, Ore. A visitation was Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009. The family is being cared for by Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave., Prescott, Ariz. He is survived by his children; sons, Timothy and Christopher; and daughter Nikki Price. He is also survived by his grandchildren Stephen, Jessica and Brian.
