Ferne was born December 30, 1947 in Phoenix, Arizona to Francis and Dorothy (Gregoire) LeRoux. She is survived by her husband, Jim Dickinson; step-parents, Bill and Bernice Marks; her adopted sister and brother, Carla and Harlod Sites; her children, Joel Roberts (Chris), Antonette Porter (Billy), Regina Nida (Tim) and Angela Blanton (James); god sons, LeRoy Sites, Ken Sites, and Greg Sites; her grandchildren, Brian, Ashley, Tabitha, Erika, Joshua, Matthew, Daymyan, Tessa, Sierra, Taylore, Corey and Chad; and her great-grandchildren, Alexia and Ricky. Funeral services were held 10:00AM Saturday, September 19, 2009 at the chapel of Bueler Camp Verde Funeral Home, 143 W. Arnold Street, Camp Verde.
