Richard Metzendorf, 61, retired from the State of Arizona passed away April 17, 2004, in Phoenix, AZ.  

He is survived by his nieces Diane TURNER of Glendale and Brenda MACIULIS of Casa Grande, nephews Brian METZENDORF and Wes METZENDORF both of Phoenix, 10 great nieces and nephews and sister-in-law Betty METZENDORF. 

Contributions are asked to be made to American Cancer Society, 2929 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85016. 

A Memorial Service was held Monday, April 26, 2004
at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary.
