He is survived by his wife Alice of Wickenburg; three children Christine Richards, Bozeman, Mont., James Pokrandt, Fallon, Nev., Harvey Pokrandt, Oregon City, Ore.; sister Helen Wirtz, Green Bay, Wis.; three grandchildren Jessica Short, Michael Jonathon Richards and Katie Richards.
