Johanna May Cain, age 67, died Oct. 7, 2004 in Prescott Valley. She was born July 8, 1937 in Detroit, Mich.

Johanna was the matriarch of her family and is survived by sons John and Doug, daughter Brenda, and 10 grandchildren.

Private family services will be held.
