SOTELO, Rachel

West Valley View, June 10, 2005 Rachel Sotelo, 72, of Buckeye died June 8, 2005 Mrs. Sotelo was born Aug. 16, 1932, in El Monte, Calif. She had been a 12-year resident of Buckeye, and had worked as a receptionist at the Buckeye Senior Citizens Center. Mrs. Sotelo is survived by her husband of 57 years, Jesus; three daughers, Angie Witt, Jessica Fisher and Sally Sotelo-Rogers; one son, Robert Sotelo; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated June 11 at St. Henry Catholic Church in Buckeye. The Rev. Charles Goraieb officated. Internment was at Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Park in Buckeye. Ganley's Buckeye Funeral Home made the arrangements.
