The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ March 24, 1961 Thomas McArthur Rites in Phoenix Funeral services and burial for Thomas McArthur, 78-year-old Morristown resident, were scheduled to be held in Phoenix at 3 p.m. Thursday of this week. Mr. McArthur who had spent the past 10 winters in Morristown and who lived in Yarnell and Prescott during the summers, died in Phoenix hospital Saturday of last week after an illness of a year. Born in Ireland and raised in Scotland, Mr. McArthur had been in the United States more than 50 years. He was a miner and had worked throughout the west. There are no known survivors.
