Adam Tyler Sipes was born July 6, 1973 in Prescott and passed away Aug. 29, 2009 in Phoenix, Ariz.

He is survived by his parents Rod and Sue Sipes, his wife Lockie Sipes, children Caitlynn, Camillus, and Xavier, brother Dustin Sipes, and sister Dee Serrendelle.

Viewing will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 3) with the funeral at 11 a.m. at Best Funeral Services and Chapel, 501 E. Dunlap Avenue in Phoenix.
