JEDDITO — Graveside services for Bahe Tsipai, 78, were held Friday in the Jeddito community cemetery. Tsipai died July 1 in Winslow. He was born Dec. 6, 1926 in Keams Canyon. Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Tsipai; sons, Norman Tsipai, Patrick Tsipai; daughters, Mary Manygoats, Marietta Taylor, Jeanette Begay, Peggy Tsipai, Margie James, Julia Tsipai, Rachael Tsipai; brother, Danny Tsipai; sisters, Sally Yazzie, Sadie Yazzie, Sarah Begay, Nellie Smith; 40 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Tsipai was preceded in death by her father, Herman Tsipai; mother, Mary J. Tsipai. Pallbearers were Jeffery Sage, Hansen Benally, Marvin Ray James, Patrick Tsipai and Gary Tsipai.
