Tom York, resident of southern Arizona for many years died last week at the Cochise county pest house, following an illness with erysipelas.

York was one of the few remaining real old timers, dating back into the '80's, was well liked by everyone who knew him. 

At one time he was a supervisor of this county. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs Ed Murphy of California.
