(Jun. 19, 1958 - Dec. 16, 2000) LOWER GREASEWOOD SPRINGS, Ariz. — Services for Sylvia Ann Yazzie, 42, will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Dec. 22 at the Our Lady of the Rosary Mission, Lower Greasewood, Ariz. Father Flann O'Neill will officiate. A rosary will be recited at 3 p.m., today at Tse Bonito Mortuary. Yazzie died Dec. 16 in Gallup. She was born June 19, 1958 in Ganado, Ariz. into the Red House People Clan for the One Walks Around Clan. Survivors include her husband, John Barraza Jr.; sons, Marcus Leonard and Christopher Leonard; daughters, Veranda Leonard and Shanda Marie Barraza; brothers, Oscar Yazzie, Ricky Yazzie and Xan Tobech Gishey; sister, Priscilla Y. Jimmy. Yazzie was preceded in death by parents, Lou and Mary Joe Yazzie; grandparents, Julia and Sam Joe and Baa' and Peter Gishey. Pallbearers will be Kermit Hill, Jared Jimmy, Jake Clark, Tommy Clark, Loren Clark, and Alex Teller. Tse Bonito Mortuary is in charge of arrangements
