Rita I. Sheber, 76, of Tucson, died July 20, 2009.

Preceded in death by husband, Thomas F. Sheber and son, John F. Sheber.

Survived by children, Gary (Laurie) Sheber, Thomas J. (Lilly) Sheber, Marty E. (Donna) Sheber, Anita J. (Tyler) Gibson and Berny J. Sheber; sister Jo Dale; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Sheber worked at Devon Gables for many years and volunteerd at Desert Life and La Canada Care Center. She touched the hearts of many and was loved by those she touched.
