Arizona Daily Star Tucson, Arizona October 11, 2009 Retired SMSGT Miguel E. Burruel beloved husband and father, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2009. Miguel was a 30 year veteran of the United States Air Force and Army; he retired from the State of Arizona in 1997. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jenny Burruel; four children, Michael Burruel (Dawn), Bill Burruel (Kathie), Barbara Morrow (Gregory), Christina Bohard (Tony); six grandchildren and one great- grandchild, five brothers, Jesus, Paul, Gilbert, James and Frank and three sisters, Teresa, Josephine, Grace. Services will be held on Monday, October 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter and Paul Parish Church, 1946 E. Lee Street. Interment to follow at East Lawn Cemetery, 5801 E. Grant Road. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to cancer research or a charity of your choice. Miguel will be greatly missed by his family, friends and those who loved him.
