Marianne Gorniak, 77, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born March 5, 1930, in Chicago, Ill., passed away Dec. 24, 2007, in Prescott, Ariz. 

There will be no formal services for Marianne. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice Family Care Inpatient Unit, 3195 Stillwater Dr. #B, Prescott, Ariz. 86305. 

Sunrise Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
