Alfonse A. Ciszeski, 93, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 7, 1916, in Newark, N.J., passed away Oct. 5, 2009, at his home in Prescott.

Services are pending in Florida. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Yavapai Humane Society, 1625 Sundog Ranch Road, Prescott, AZ 86305.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
