Teresa S. Guadiana, 79, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Nov. 26, 1929, in Tucson, Ariz., passed away Oct. 1, 2009, in Prescott Valley.

A Memorial Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009, at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament in Miami, Ariz. A private cremation will take place at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
