Eleanor B. Allen, 76, born April 24, 1933, in New York, N.Y., died Oct. 2, 2009, at her home in Prescott, Ariz. 

A Celebration of Life memorial service and live webcast will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009, at Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave. in Prescott.
