Helen O. DiStefano, age 93, passed away on June 7, 2004 in Paradise Valley, AZ. 

Mrs. DiSTEFANO is survived by her husband James; Two daughters Mrs. Judi NICHOLS (Chris) and Ms. H. Lois BOUBONG; Four Granddaughters, Lori LYNCH, Dawn BOUBONG, Nicole MacNAMARA and Kari LEITNER, as well as seven great-grandchildren. 

Funeral Services were held at the Phoenix Memorial Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix.  Rosary recited at the Mortuary.
