Joanne Marie (Tishy) Riggins, age 40, of Phoenix, AZ died of pulmonary fibrosis on April 15, 2004. Joanne was born in Queens, New York and relocated with her family to Lake Havasu City, AZ in 1974.
Joanne is the beloved wife of Gregory Riggins and dearest mother of Tisha Rei Soileau. She is preceded in death by father, Emil Tishy. Joanne is survived by her mother Marge Tishy and sister Margie (Tishy) Collins of Tucson, AZ., in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins and step-daughter Christa Riggins.
She was a caring mother and a friend to everyone. She was a professional businesswoman and enjoyed traveling the world. Joanne was an avid crossword player. Being keen and up to date on current events, plus being blessed with the gift of gab, Joanne had a special talent of striking up a conversation with anyone, even a stanger. She will be remembered always by family and friends.
