James DiStefano, age 92, passed away on Valentines Day, February 14, 2005 in Paradise Valley, AZ. 

Mr. DiSTEFANO is survived by his daughters; Mrs. Chris (Judy) NICHOLS, and Ms. Lois BOUBONG. He had 4 granddaughters, Lori, Dawn, Kari and Nicole and 7 great-grandchildren. 

Funeral Services were held at the Phoenix Memorial Mortuary Chapel, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix. Rosary recited at 7:00pm.
