LOPEZ, Maria

Maria Lopez, 68, of Buckeye died March 21, 2005, in Glendale.

Mrs. Lopez was born Oct. 18, 1936, in Canelas, Durango, Mexico. She and her family moved to Page in 1971, and later moved to Nogales and then to Buckeye. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Lopez is survived by two daughters, Mina Lopez of Chandler and Josephina Lopez of Buckeye; three sons, Fernando Lopez of Glendale and Nacho and Ramon Lopez, both of Phoenix; one sister, Antonio Salgato of Sonora, Mexico; and one brother, Ramon Gomez of Nogales, Mexico. 

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. Henry Catholic Church, 128 S. Third St. in Buckeye. The Rev. Charles Goraieb will officiate. Interment will be at Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Park in Buckeye.

Buckeye Funeral Home made the arrangements.
