Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, January 3, 2008 Marilyn Jean Thoms died on Dec. 29, 2007, in Prescott, Ariz. She was born Sept. 4, 1929, in Omaha, Neb., the daughter of Charles and Anita Payne. She was a dedicated member of Chapter CO, P.E.O. Sisterhood. Marilyn is survived by her husband, Bill; daughter Marty Murphy and her husband Mike. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Harold, Dale and William, and two sons, David and John Miller. A cremation has occurred. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008, at the First Church of the Nazarene, 2110 Willow Creek Road, Prescott, Ariz. Chino Valley Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements. (Information provided by survivors.)
