WELLS, Harold Jackson (Jack)

Harold Jackson "Jack" Wells Jr., passed away on July 28, 2004. He was born October 18, 1945 in Alton, Illinois. 

He is survived by his wife Carolina; daughters Theresa, Carrie, and Jackie. His sisters, Carol, "Tish", brother Bart and 2 grandchildren. 

"Jack" was a Master Carpenter, and he completed all of his goals. He loved to hunt, fly, and travel the world. "Jack" was a US Army Veteran, all around good friend, father and husband.
