Emilio F. Lugo of Tolleson died March 14, 2005. 

Mr. Lugo was born in Gilbert, and was a lifelong resident of Arizona. He worked for the city of Phoenix and retired after 32 years of service. 

Mr. Lugo is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nellie; three sons, Tony, Andy and Sammy; one sister, Manuela Rodriguez; one brother, Frank Lugo; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. 

A rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 512 N. 93rd Ave. in Tolleson. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, also at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. 

Memorials may be sent to Hospice Family Care, 9045 W. Athens St., Peoria, AZ 85382.
