Chris Muniz, 30, of Phoenix died March 6, 2005, in Glendale.

Mr. Muniz was born Oct. 29, 1974, in Phoenix, but was raised in Avondale. He worked for a lumber company.

Mr. Muniz is survived by his parents; one sister; and one brother.

A private service will be held.

Crystal Rose Funeral Home made the arrangements.
