West Valley View March 4, 2005 Michael A. Licudine, 16, of Goodyear died Feb. 26, 2005. Michael was born Feb. 5, 1989, in Phoenix. He is survived by his parents, Lisa and Mark Licudine; one sister, Adziana; and his grandparents, Priscilla Licudine and Deloris and Gene Lewis. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 La Pasada Blvd. in Goodyear. Valley West Funeral Chapel made the arrangements.
