Elvira was preceded in death by her beloved brother Adolph Garcia. She is survived by her beloved sister Anita Garcia of Wickenburg; brothers Joseph Garcia of Wickenburg, Fred Quinonez of Los Angeles; her children, grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces. Memorial services will be held in Illinois.
