Tara Singer, 4, died Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, in Phoenix.

She was born Jan .17, 2005, in Winslow. Tara is survived by her father, Terry Singer; mother Rosita Belone; brother Tevis Singer; sister Jessie Singer; maternal grandparents Charley Belone and Rosa Ann Belone; paternal grandmother Patsy Singer; great-grandfather Jack Riggs; and many aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be today at 11 a.m. at Maranatha Assembly of God, with Pastor Melvin Tsosie officiating. 

Burial will follow at Desert View Cemetery.
