The Sedona Red Rock News, Sedona, Arizona Wednesday, May 14, 2008 Dec. 29, 1929 — Nov. 7, 2007 Merle R. Zeschke, 77, a 22-year resident of Sedona, died Nov. 7. Zeschke was an administrator in Illinois schools. He served in the U. S. Navy as a captain’s yeoman. Zeschke was a 20-year volunteer at Sedona Red Rock High School collecting scholarship donations. Zeschke is survived by his wife, Barbara; a son, Steven; and a daughter, Lori. A Celebration of Life will be Tuesday, Nov. 27, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the clubhouse at Oak Creek Estados.
