Ray T. Louis, 83, of Spring Valley, Ariz., born April 6, 1926, in Oklahoma City, Okla., passed away Oct. 25, 2009, in Prescott, Ariz.

A memorial service will be noon Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at Spring Valley Community Church.

Sunrise Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
