FRANCIS, Paul I.

Paul I. Francis, 72, of Phoenix, a retired tool maker, died Dec. 29, 1999. He was born in Springfield, Mass., and was a Mason. 

Survivors include his wife, Jean; daughters, Gail A. Mengelkoch, Sally G. Smith and Betty J.; sons, Carl A., Raymond A., Frederick A. and Peter S.; brother, Auther E ;and 14 grandchildren. 

Services: Tuesday, Bethany Presbyterian Church, 7702 N. 35th Ave., Phoenix. Contributions: Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower 
St., Phoenix, AZ 85004. Phoenix Memorial Mortuary.
