MENNO, Carmen, Sr.

Carmen Menno Sr., 63, of Phoenix, a courier for Pony Express, died Dec. 24, 1999. He was born in Philadelphia and was an Air Force veteran. He was a member of the American Legion. 

Survivors include his companion, Rita Tucker; daughter, Carmella; son, Carmen Jr.; sister, Beatrice Verchia; brother, Frank Esch and one grandchild. 

Services: Friday, American Legion Post No. 1, 364 N. Seventh Ave., Phoenix. National Cremation Society. The Arizona Republic 12/31/1999.
