West Valley View, October 27, 2004 Joshua M. De Lay, 27, of Litchfield Park died Sept. 30, 2004, in Phoenix. Mr. De Lay was born Jan. 21, 1977, in Cheyenne, Wyo., and moved to Arizona in September 1981. He was a Marine veteran, and worked as a mechanic. Mr. De Lay is survived by one daughter, Brianna Ruthmarie De Lay; his parents, Debra and Michael De Lay; one sister, Aubrie; three brothers, Jeff, Nick and Kyle; and his grandparents, LaDonna and Roger De Lay and Delores and Bill Meier.
