Antonio “Tony” Ortiz, 63, of Phoenix died Oct. 30, 2004.

Mr. Ortiz was born Oct. 4, 1941, in Anson, Texas. He worked in landscaping.

Mr. Ortiz is survived by his wife, Roberta Ortiz; four daughters, Irene Martinez , Anna Paredes and Vera Ortiz, all of Avondale, and Antonia “Alma” Ortiz of Phoenix; one sister, Manuela Ortiz; one brother, Jesse Ortiz; 18 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
