Martin MacDonald Cameron, 41, of Tonopah died Aug. 11, 2004.

Mr . Cameron was born Oct. 5, 1962, in Corpus Christy, Texas. He was killed in a massive chain-reaction crash caused by a blinding dust storm on Interstate 10.

MacDonald is survived by his wife of 17 years, Mary Ann; one daughter, Melissa; and three sons, Chris, John and Matthew.

A service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at the new Skyway Church of the West, 14900 W. Van Buren Road in Goodyear. The Rev. Nick Hill will officiate.
