Jim Arthur, a resident of Tacoma, Wash., Wickenburg, and Congress recently passed away at home with his three daughters. Jim was a frequent visitor at the local cafes, and an avid prospector in the area. He was also a lifetime member of the Roadrunner Prospector Club of Phoenix. Bye Jim, find a big one up there.
