She was born to Richard and Dorothy (Brown) Wagnon on Sep. 8, 1932 in Oklahoma Jovea was a kind and dedicated women whose family always came first. After a long battle against Alzheimer’s Disease, she joined the Savior. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph Garcia, brother Jimmy and her parents. Joeva leave behind daughter, Christine Mooney and son Eugene Garcia; grandchildren, Monica, Brian, Corbin, Mandy, Matt; and great-grandchildren Christina, Patrick, Jamie, Jessica, Chad, Cade, and Blake; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Private services have been held.
