Lamont Mortuary, Globe, Arizona Ira Lawrence Brown (1927 - 2009) Ira Lawrence Brown, age 81, born Dec. 26, 1927 in Old San Carlos, AZ to Joseph and Nina Brown, passed away Oct. 20, 2009 in Mission Palms of Mesa, AZ. He was a cowboy for the Ash Creek Cattle Association. He served his country proudly in the US Army/ Air Force during WWII. Ira is survived by his wife Nina Nash. The wake will be held Oct. 30 at 4:00 pm at the Brown residence followed by the service on Oct. 31 at 1:00 pm at San Carlos Miracle Church. The interment will follow at Upper Peridot Cemetery.
