In a second accident on Highway 60-70, Mrs. Petra Progila, 30, of Los Angeles, was killed in a one-car accident about 55 miles east of the California border last Saturday. Her husband was the driver of the car. 

According to highway patrolmen, he lost control of the car when the couple's three-year-old son tugged at the steering wheel.
