ORTEGA, John

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona December 10, 2004 John Ortega, 50, of Avondale died Dec. 6, 2004. Mr. Ortega was born Oct. 27, 1954, in Big Spring, Texas. He later worked as an oil rigger. He married Frances Duran in 1979, and the coupled moved to Arizona in 1991. Mr. Ortega is survived by his wife, Frances; three daughters, Cathy, Sandra and Leticia; his mother, Paula Olague of Big Spring, Texas; one sister, Mary Puga, of Big Spring, Texas; six brothers, Joe, Sammy, Raymond and Rudy of Big Spring, Texas, and Carlos and Albert of El Mirage; and two grandchildren. A service was held Dec. 9 at the Maryvale Chapel in Phoenix. Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services made the arrangements.
